In May 2012, the University of Kentucky begins a six-month research project on the effectiveness of Equine Guided Leadership Education (EGLE).

This pilot program is a collaborative effort between nursing researchers from UK Health Care and social science researches from  the Center for Leadership Development to gather preliminary data on the effectiveness of collaborating with horses to teach emotional intelligence and leadership.

To support this pioneering research, Winning With Horse Power is partnering with the Center to help raise funds.

Winning With Horse Power is dedicated to advancing the awareness of the equine experiential field and connecting businesses, organizations and individuals with providers around the world.

For each new provider who joins the Winning With Horse Power directory and effort, WWHP will donate $50 to the University of Kentucky Center for Leadership Education, Equine Guided Leadership Education research fund, supporting this and future studies. You can also donate directly.
