Kaleidoscope Learning Circle
Kaleidoscope Learning Circle® engages the whole person by designing customized learner-centered processes which achieve positive, transformational and lasting behavioral change for individuals, teams, and communities.
Q. What qualifications does Kaleidoscope have to offer Leadership programs?
A. We’ve facilitated several courses, Sociology 345 “The Culture of Leadership” for Northwood University students. There are some great pictures of their life-changing experiences on Kaleidoscope’s facebook page – check them out! We’re also an approved provider for Michigan Works! offering a leadership curriculum. Our corporate clients often ask for team development and end up with so much more because of our expertise in developing effective leaders. Oh and our founder, Dr. Tracy Weber, has a Ph.D. in Leadership from Andrew’s University.
Q. What do you mean by “Building Relationships. Creating Possibilies”?
A. At Kaleidoscope we believe in connection first; that when people have connections or healthy relationships they are more resourceful, persistent, and open. The idea around creating possibilities is that we skillfully design learning environments which are not looking for one right answer, rather they provide space for innovation. Building Relationships. Creating Possibilities. It’s what we do.
